A young doctor, who has escaped the big city life, has found that there is a strange phenomenon that takes place when the sky is filled will common jet trails. It seems that a large number of people come down with a respiratory problem that is simply unexplainable. When he tries to get to the bottom of what's going on, a young skateboarder leads him on a trail of deep investigation that includes lies, deception and a possible government conspiracy.


The local Sheriff wants nothing to do with this unlikely pair and their tale of large scale public control. Later, he discovers that they might actually be on to something.
